Details:  The David Bache-designed Rover SD1 was inspired, visually, by the Ferrari Daytona and when released in 1976 marked a whole new era for Rover.  The more sporting Vitesse model was created in 1982.  An excellent scale model  decorated in white diamond with black rear spoiler and silver wheels.  Other trims are finished in black and silver.  The interior is finished in cream and light grey seating with RHD brown steering wheel and dashboard.  The Rover badge is finely replicated on the front bonnet with the lettering Rover Vitesse on the rear.  The Rover badge also extends to the wheel hubs.
