Details:  The Ford Escort mk 4 XR3i (1990 model), The mk 5 Escort would be launched in Autumn 1990 so Ford refreshed the XR3i in Autumn 1989 to keep it competitive in its last year on the market. Changes included lattice alloy wheels, colour coded bumper with an integrated chin spoiler and wider air intake and new rear spoiler with drooped down at the edges.  An excellent scale model of the Ford Escort decorated in radiant red with sunroof (non-opening) and silver wheels.  Other trims are finished in black and silver.  The interior is finished in two tone grey with black RHD steering wheel.  Features working wheels.  The Ford badge is finely replicated on the bonnet and extends to the rear with the lettering Escort XR3i.
