1: Standard tracked, 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, delivery cost is £3.90
2: Fast tracked, 1 to 3 working days from dispatch, delivery cost is £5.50

Normal delivery is by EVRI tracked or Royal Mail 2nd class post which can take up to 5 days from dispatch, alternatively delivery can be upgraded at extra cost to EVRI Fast Delivery or Royal Mail 1st class ( please note we may use alternatives to EVRI or Royal Mail - you will be informed when your order is dispatched)
An Email will be sent to confirm despatch of goods.
JD Collectables will not be held responsible for loss of time or business due to late or non arrivals of products.

EVRI track your order status at EVRI, when your order is dispatched EVRI will email the Tracking code to you
The Royal Mail advises that you can typically expect a delivery to arrive within 1-3 working days for 1st class and 2-5 working days for 2nd class, from posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until more than 14 working days have passed.
Delays do not happen very often but if they do, it is still very likely that the parcel will arrive within the 14 working days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until more than 14 working days have passed. If more than 14 working days have passed since the dispatch date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your order reference number and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation, the claim that we will make with Royal Mail and as confirmation of the lost parcel.

All deliveries are estimated only, although every effort is made to despatch on time JD Collectables will not accept responsibility for failing to deliver goods on time (missing or delayed items: please note that we need to wait up to 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items)
JD Collectables will not accept responsibility for shortages or damage to goods unless the customer notifies JD Collectables of any shortages or damages within 4 days of receipt of goods
The customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery and will only be delivered to the credit card address unless JD Collectables have written authority to deliver elsewhere
The title of goods will not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by JD Collectables
