Details: The P-61 Black Widow night fighter, introduced in 1944, was the first operational US military aircraft specifically designed to use radar technology. The twin-boom fighter was also credited with the final Allied air victory of World War II when the P-16B 'Lady in the Dark', flown by Major Lee Kendall, took down a Japanese Tojo on 14 August 1945. A high class scale model with authentic detailing, realistic panel lines, access panels, surface details and rotating propellers.
