Making A Purchase
This could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any products that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order
JD Collectables standard terms of payments are by: Visa, MasterCard and Switch cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped
We only supply products to the UK, Payment is accepted in £ (British Pounds Sterling) only.
Payments by cheque - any orders paid by cheque are dispatched 7 days after receipt of the cheque. For payments by cheque please use the following method:
Select your items from the online shop make a note of the item code, description and price - email the details to jd-collectables@btconnect.com we will confirm by email that the items are in stock and any postage charge and hold the items for 3 days to allow a cheque to reach us, on receipt of your cheque we will email confirmation of receipt of your cheque , goods will then be despatched to you 7 days later. Normal delivery is by Royal Mail parcel post or 2nd class delivery which can take up to 5 days from dispatch, alternatively delivery can be upgraded at extra cost to either Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (allow upto 3 days for receipt of goods) or Royal Mail special delivery - next day delivery by 1pm from despatch of goods.

this is a 2 to 4 days delivery service to domestic addresses and is only available for Mainland UK the price of this is £8.00 regardless of value of order (in the event that the courier service cannot deliver to an address on mainland UK we will upgrade the carriage to Royal Mail Special Delivery, or for orders where a business address is specified send the items by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and refund any difference in carriage cost)

Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order within 2 business days. If there is any delay to this you will be informed by email with the anticipated delivery date
All deliveries are estimated only, although every effort is made to despatch on time JD Collectables will not accept responsibility for failing to deliver goods on time (missing or delayed items: please note that we need to wait upto 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items)

JD Collectables Ltd do not process your credit card details, we use HSBC Bank secure Epayments. Your address details are encyrpted by our secure server which passes the address details in encrypted form to the HSBC secure payment processing systems. You will then enter your credit card details on our secure area on the HSBC site. JD Collectables makes every effort to supply products as advertised in the on line catalogue, but reserve the right to vary specifications without prior notice. If JD Collectables are unable to supply the products ordered by the customer JD Collectables will offer an alternative product. All products supplied by JD Collectables are covered by the manufactures own warranty, unless stated otherwise, warranty is normally 12 months. Returns Policy
Any faulty goods to be returned, the customer must advise JD Collectables via e-mail with full written reason(s) for returning for warranty replacement / repair. (If something is obviously wrong we can e-mail or telephone customer with advice)
We will issue a 'Returns Authorisation Number' on an 'Returns Authorisation Form' and e-mail this to the customer. All questions must be completed.
The customer must pack the goods to be returned in their 'original packaging' and include 'proof of purchase' or 'delivery note' and the completed 'Returns Authorisation Form'.
All accessories must be returned with the faulty goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all returned goods are packed securely, JD Collectables will not accept liability for any damage caused during transit.
We recommend that all returned goods are sent by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and have adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Upon receipt of returned product(s) they will be tested for the fault(s) that the customer has notified us of. If the product(s) is found to be in good working order then the product(s) will be returned to the customer and the cost of carriage to return the goods to the customer will be the customer's responsibility. Any goods that have been altered, damaged or not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions will invalidate any warranty.
Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, JD Collectables do not sell products on a trial basis, we therefore, strongly recommend that the customer checks the specification of every product before placing an order. In the event that JD Collectables agrees to accept returned goods for credit the goods must be returned within 14 days. The goods must be unopened and in "as new" condition. All goods returned in this manner will be subject to a handling fee of 15% of the goods value or £10.00 whichever is greater.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Contracts for the purchase of goods by a customer made over the telephone or through the JD Collectables-internet website, are subject to The Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Customers may cancel goods, purchased from JD Collectables, by sending a cancellation notice by post, fax or e-mail. The notice of cancellation must be made within 7 days of the date the goods were delivered. The customer must return the goods to JD Collectables and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning goods.
Errors and Omissions
JD Collectables make every effort to ensure that the description and prices quoted on its website are accurate. However, mistakes may occasionally occur, in the event that this happens then JD Collectables will inform the customer of any errors before any goods are despatched.
